by the coin.

A fixed share of every swap streams, in real time, to contributor wallets the community elects each week. Holders don't just hold — they hire. The first meme coin with a payroll.

The board shows the pay accruing, by the second.

Each elected Seat is a named role with a salary weight. The flaps tick as cents accrue. Seat holders collect anytime; unclaimed keeps streaming.

How it works

Tax-to-stream. No reflections. No rebasing.

01

Swap fee

A fixed fee on every swap accumulates in the PayrollSplitter. The percentage is immutable after launch.

02

Roster

Up to 12 named Seats, each with a salary weight in bps. The transparency is the brand and the compliance posture.

03

Stream

Per-second drip per seat, fixed at weekly rotation — no mid-week dilution disputes. Claim anytime.

04

Elect

Weekly snapshot vote rotates the roster Monday 00:00 UTC, executed onchain via a verifiable merkle.

Election season

Nominations are open. The booth closes Sunday 23:59 UTC.

Holders nominate, campaign, and vote. New roster activates Monday. A seat can be vacated mid-week by emergency vote — its remaining stream rolls to next week's pool. The drama is the content; the ledger is public.

"Effective Monday, the Seat of Treasurer is vacated."

Personnel notice. SPLITCOIN payroll pays contributors for work — memes, dev, moderation, BD — never pro-rata to holders. No dividends, no buybacks marketed as yield, nothing resembling profit-sharing to passive holders. Every payroll movement is a named, capped, public onchain event. Mainnet launch is gated on counsel review.
The Friday Ledger

Every Friday, the board prints the week's pay stubs.
