Election season

Holders nominate, campaign, and vote. New roster activates Monday. A seat can be vacated mid-week by emergency vote — its remaining stream rolls to next week's pool. The drama is the content; the ledger is public.

Personnel notice. SPLITCOIN payroll pays contributors for work — memes, dev, moderation, BD — never pro-rata to holders. No dividends, no buybacks marketed as yield, nothing resembling profit-sharing to passive holders. Every payroll movement is a named, capped, public onchain event.
